While certain services are available for children under the age of 18, these sessions are never conducted without the explicit prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must register and agree to these terms on the child's behalf.
All sessions, readings, and associated communications are not intended as, and should never be regarded as, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business advice or fact, and are subject to interpretation by the client.
You hereby release and hold harmless Karla Shaw of Reika Healing for any actions or inactions that you may take related to the information provided to you, and you understand that such information is never a substitute for qualified professional services.

4. Nature of Sessions
Karla Shaw of Reika Healing will connect with energy and will gain insight using intuitive awareness. Sessions integrate Reiki healing with intuitive and energetic connection and are for guidance and healing support only. All sessions are conducted at a distance via Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Where applicable, Karla may connect with and channel messages from spirit babies — souls that are connected to you, whether in utero or in spirit. Spirit baby connection is offered as part of specific sessions and packages and is intended for guidance and energetic support only. The nature of spirit baby communication is subtle and intuitive, and messages received are subject to your own interpretation. Connection and the depth of messages received can vary from session to session and cannot be guaranteed.
You accept full responsibility for your own interpretation and use of any information provided to you during a session. The provisions of this agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
5. Online Booking
By booking a session or package through this website, you agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies outlined at the time of purchase. Please read all policies carefully before completing your booking. Reika Healing reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its discretion. Bookings are managed through Acuity Scheduling and payments are processed through Square.
6. Newsletter & Email Communications
By signing up for the Reika Healing newsletter, you consent to receiving periodic emails including offerings, updates, reduced-rate codes, and personal letters from Karla. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any email. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Email communications are managed in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
7. Third Party Tools & Platforms
This website uses third party tools and platforms to facilitate bookings, communications, and website functionality, including:

8. Artificial Intelligence
Reika Healing may use AI-assisted tools from time to time for administrative purposes such as drafting communications or website content. No personal client information or session content is ever inputted into AI tools. All healing sessions, messages, spirit baby connections, and intuitive work are conducted solely by Karla and are never AI-generated.
9. Warranties Disclaimer
We make no warranties as to our services or website content. You agree that services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services or website will be functional, uninterrupted, correct, complete, or error-free.
10. Technology Disclaimer
We endeavour to ensure that the availability and delivery of our services is uninterrupted and error-free. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance, or updates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for damages or refunds should our services become unavailable or inaccessible due to system issues, internet traffic, upgrades, server overload, general network failures, or any other cause.
