Deep Healing: Reiki with Channeled Guidance

FAQs

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic healing practice, where "Rei" means spiritual wisdom and "ki" means life force energy. When the energy in our body is out of balance or alignment with our true essence, it can manifest in a variety of ways including illness and pain. Reiki works at an energetic level to rebalance the body. It is important to know that the practitioner is not "healing your body" but simply using their body as a conduit to help your body accelerate its own healing process. It can treat a person physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and no two sessions are the same. Reiki is a complementary form of treatment alongside medical and other therapeutic practices.

What to Expect During & After a Session?

During Treatment: Recommended music if desired: Julie True Worship Healing Presence on Youtube. Sensations During Treatment: Tingling, heat, cold, overall sense of calm and peace, and/or emotional release (such as crying and emotions that emerge and release quickly). Feeling very light like a feather or heavy like you are sinking into whatever you are laying on. If laying down, you may get visuals or fall asleep. Following The Treatment: Drink a lot of water to flush anything moving through your body and rest when you can. Immediately following treatment - you may still feel tingly, feel lighter than usual or have other body symptoms. Depending on what is moved, for up to 3 days following treatment you may experience: fatigue, heightened emotions (anger, sadness, crying, etc), headaches or other aches and pains as the energy balances. Try to allow your body to feel and work through anything releasing. Feel free to email and reach out if there are any concerns.

About these Sessions

These are not typical Reiki sessions. These sessions merge Reiki frequencies and deeper energetic frequencies with insightful channeled guidance from your spiritual team. While you rest and receive, I connect with your spiritual team to channel messages for your best and highest good. Oracle cards are used to strengthen the messages. These sessions often connect to the core of what you're moving through. They often tell a story, beginning with what is heavy and needs to be moved, then shifting into how you can be supported moving forward. The messages connect to the chakra points being balanced, and to areas beyond them. All sessions are held remotely, allowing you to receive from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most at ease—even on the go. Adult sessions are conducted on Zoom. If you would like a session to be conducted without the zoom feature, please inform me. Animal and child sessions are not conducted on Zoom. I connect with the energy of the child or animal that the session is booked for, at the time of the booking. A child session includes a deeper energetic healing and channeled messages. Animal sessions include energetic healing and an intuitive reading, and oracle cards are sometimes incorporated. The adult who has booked the session receives a voice note, session notes and any cards drawn to their email by the end of the session time. For a children’s deep healing package include free check in phone calls.
